For founders whoโve outgrown their own success, but canโt see whatโs holding them back
Iโm Kelly, strategist, operator, and the person founders call when things stop working the way they should.
I step inside your business, find whatโs slowing you down, and fix it so you can move forward without second-guessing every decision.
Youโre not stuck, something just isnโt working
Youโve built something solid. But right now, it feels heavier than it should.
Youโre too close to it, carrying too much and making decisions without the full picture.
That doesnโt mean the business is broken. It means something needs to change.
Thatโs where I come in.
I didnโt plan to start a business, I just refused to work in a way that didnโt make sense
I started out in the corporate world, managing complex operations and high-stakes projects. But I regularly came up against systems that slowed everything down: slow decisions, rigid structures and no room to think differently.
I was responsible for making things work but had no power to change how they worked.
So I left.
And as I built something of my own I kept seeing the same thing. Capable founders building impressive companies then getting stuck inside them. Not because they werenโt good enough, but because things had become too complex, too reactive and too dependent on them.
Thatโs the point where I step in.
I created We Are Senda to help simplify, structure, and scale businesses without losing the spark that started it all.
Now, my team and I work across industries, stepping into organisations at the point where growth has stalled bringing the strategy, operations, and execution needed to move things forward.
I donโt believe in forcing businesses into frameworks
I believe in understanding how they actually work โ and fixing them from the inside.
No templates, assumptions or trying to make your business fit someone elseโs model.
Just clear thinking, smart decisions, and the structure to support how you actually want to run things.
You donโt need to start again
You donโt need more ideas, more noise, or more effort. You need to see whatโs in the way and remove it. Once you do, everything changes.
โIt felt like a weight removed.โ
โLike a light being shone on the dark corners of disorganization. It was realistic, systematic, and hopeful.
Having an outside pair of eyes asking different questions highlighted some things that I need to explain better. What is obvious to me is not obvious to others. In terms of next steps, it is my job to communicate well to my audience. Not their job to figure it out for themselves.โ

I left the systems that kept people stuck and built something better
Because growth shouldnโt feel this hard and if it does, something isnโt working. And itโs fixable, thatโs the work we do.

If you know something isnโt working, weโll find it and fix it.

Here are some personal bits about me.
Happiest when out in the fresh air, come rain or shine!
Currently working through my 40 before 40 list. 9 ticks so far (but 6 years to go so Iโm not panicking).
I live in Alderley Edge with my lovely husband. 12 years together, 3 years married. Clearly there was no rushโฆ
I love a cosy pub and Iโm a bit of a cider connoisseur.
I also love exercise. Balance.
Speaking of balance, I am very clumsy.
I got three chickens in 2020 Babs, Penny and Gladys and they became my garden childrenโฆ
There are two things on the planet I wonโt eat. Mushrooms and tuna out of a tin.
There are lots of things on the planet I canโt eat because Iโm coeliac and allergic to lactose. Which is mildly inconvenient when my obsession in life is cake.
I always said Iโd never go on holiday to the same place twiceโฆ And then I found Casa Cook in Rhodes and ate my own words.
Ibiza has my heart.
